I don’t really work out I’m very sporadic when it comes to keeping a schedule… BUT what I also use this for is to keep me up and sharp during work. Back when I was a waitress the long shifts and the constant walking running and lifting trays left me destroyed at the end of the night. This product help me recuperate better after a long weekend of events and kept me awake during closing times. On my current job I still spend at least 8 hours on my feet and I would always turn to this as a wake me up drink and to alleviate future soreness… Or when I just want something sweet to drink with out the sugar guilt. This might not be the intended use for this product but it does fill a role on my life even when I’m not trying to keep a steady workout schedule. I use my muscles every day at work why shouldn’t I use a supplement to help with muscle soreness and fatigue? I’m happy with this I’ve been drinking for years and getting in amazon is much cheaper than in store. I will definitely get a refill once mine is done.

All my life I have wanted to feel like I have superpowers and FINALLY after all these years after all this waiting and after all this experimenting in my basement to create the perfect chemical concoction – IT HAS ARRIVED! I mean I didn’t make it and that’s kind of a bummer but OH MY GOD I DON’T EVEN CARE because THIS ONE TASTES SO GOOD AND MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I AM A CAN OF REDBULL. WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT?!

I’ve tried many different pre-workouts and BCAAs; I always come back to these. I’ve tried blueberry mojito and peach lemonade which taste incredible. I also tried naturally flavoured raspberry lemonade and it was way better than I expected. I only take 2 scoops ( when you can technically take 6 if you want) and it gives me enough energy for my workout but not enough to be jittery for hours. They don’t break the bank because it goes on special quite often and it’s cheaper than most I’ve looked at buying. The product itself is also pretty clean I don’t feel like I’m putting a bunch of garbage in my body that you find in other pre-workouts because this is mostly just amino acids and caffeine. A+ in my books.

Been using these BCAAs for over 7 years they deliver consistent energy and muscle recovery.Also these are up to date stock I ordered my BCAA’s Jan 2022 and they expire June 2023Highly reccomend this product and any ON product.

Good tasting BCAAs. I use it before/after my workouts and it tastes great. The taste is very similar to Maynards Fuzzy Peach gummies if you have ever had those. Overall would recommend tastes great.
