“Under Ninja” or アンダーニンジャ is a Movie based on the manga series of the same name by Kengo Hanazawa. The action film, directed by Yuchi Fukuda and starring Kento Yamazaki, was produced by Hiroki Wakamatsu.
After the Pacific War, the first order given by GHQ (Supreme Commander of the Allied Powers) to Japan was to disband ninja organizations. Therefore, it appeared that all ninja had disappeared, but in reality, they went underground and infiltrated various organizations around the world.

This Movie is adapted from a novel titled Muromachi Bakufu.
Hyoe Hasuda, a man who led a rebellion during the Muromachi period in Kyoto, earned a reputation for being hired to thwart rebels by advising them to stop their planned rebellion.
From preventing Hyoe apparently gathered a group of criminals, farmers and villagers who had long harbored feelings and grudges to rebel against oppressive parties and the palace.
